6 months of lifting - loving my body recomp!
calorie deficit with an eye on macros + strength training... the scale hasn't moved in the last 2 months, but my body is continuing to reshape itself. i've got my goddess-in-training mojo going strong! :wink: eta - fixed pic... still haven't gotten it down in one go yet, lol...
