calorie deficit with an eye on macros + strength training... the scale hasn't moved in the last 2 months, but my body is continuing to reshape itself. i've got my goddess-in-training mojo going strong!
eta - fixed pic... still haven't gotten it down in one go yet, lol...

thanks, everyone! there are definitely times when my mojo is low, and looking at my comparison pics help keep me going forward...
about my routine: Being a single working mother with no support from the father, I really don't have time during the work week to hit the gym. I do my weightlifting on Saturday and Sunday, splitting a full body workout between the 2 days.... Saturdays are legs, traps, abs and arms while Sundays are chest, back and shoulders.... I spend about 2 hours each day there (long, I know, but it works for me).
I also did the 30-day squat challenge which kept me moving during the week... finished that and did Bret Contrera's 30-day glute challenge... finished that (and my booty looks AMAZING per my guy).. doing my own 15-min glute work 3x a week between weekends now0 -
