Trying to establish a new nutrition plan as diets don't stick for me. Moderately active for 50. Yoyo dieting failed again

nutrition advice
after a 15 month journey thus far, my weight loss has plateaued for a few months now. anyone else have this situation? my fitness level is going outstanding and my diet still has highs and lows but things are slowing down on the weight loss end.
