Hey all! :) Well after losing about 25lbs I've gained back 5 over the summer up until now..basically due to not logging consistantly and slacking on working out...well i'm done with that! I am back to lose those 5lbs and then another 5!! :) I only have myself to blame!! Time to be BACK ON TRACK! :)

A really good feeling :)
Just wanted to type this cause it made me feel REALLY good. Today was the first time someone at work has noticed my weight loss (I work in a close space with 4 other people) She said "Wow you look like your losing a lot of weight!" and it was nice to say "Thank you, yes I am :) " (I have only lost about 12 pounds so far…

Just thought Id write, I love the low cal silhouette greek yogurt (vanilla), its low cal, high protein and just a third cup it gives u an awesome full feeling in the morning. :drinker: :flowerforyou:
