Goodbye 300 Club!!
I stepped on the scale yesterday expecting the worst (I had chinese food the night before, and steak tacos the night before that!!) only to realize I am no longer in the 300lb category!!!!! This is the lightest I've been in my adult life! :D

I HATE my arms, but even more than I hate them I hate doing arm exercises!! Does anyone have any good tips on making arm slim down easier? So far I'm just lifting 4lb weights every night for about 10 minutes, but I don't feel like it's doing much.

Whining
Wahh! I am under my calorie goal EVERY day and have been sticking with this soo strictly. I've been using MFP since late Feb and have only lost 26 lbs (about 32 since mid feb) but I feel like I should have lost more by now. Blegh.
