I HATE my arms, but even more than I hate them I hate doing arm exercises!!
Does anyone have any good tips on making arm slim down easier? So far I'm just lifting 4lb weights every night for about 10 minutes, but I don't feel like it's doing much.

i lift light weights while watching tv or doing step. if you hold your arms out to the side for a few seconds, then up, back down, repeat... that's basically what i do. i've lost inches on each arm (around) in the last 5 weeks... trying to tone them and lose the chicken wing - not to build muscle so much when doing this. that's for when i do resistance and strength training. this is just to lose the flap.0

Yeah I'm not trying to have body builder arms, I just want to get rid of flab!0

have you tried the shake weight? i wouldn't recommend using it in front of any filthy minded guys because, well, have you seen the commercials? anyway, i have one and it seems to help tone up the flab a bit. might be worth a try.0
