Which is better to drink for weight loss?
I can feel the difference now that I've started working out but I was wondering what is usually the time you start seeing the change? I know it's not a set time and it depends on many variables but I just wondered what the general time period is
I've been working out do about 18 days now. I've changed my eating habits,taking vitamins, try to work out at the least 4 times a week,etc. I've been feeling and seeing the difference. But today I worked out about an hr and I felt nothing like I normally do. I didn't feel sore. So i either didn't do my exercises right or…
