I've been working out do about 18 days now. I've changed my eating habits, taking vitamins, try to work out at the least 4 times a week, etc. I've been feeling and seeing the difference. But today I worked out about an hr and I felt nothing like I normally do. I didn't feel sore. So i either didn't do my exercises right or my body adjusted to my workouts. What do you think?

Your body adjusts. Increase your workout intensity if you want to feel sore. Keep in mind that soreness is not necessarily the only indication of a good workout.0
