I'm challenging myself today to no snacks. Only 3 meals with the idea that if I eat well and enough I shouldn't need anything else. My daily allowance is 1300 cal . I'm trying to decide if I want to get the Flex, I'm not really interested in the Charge feature of it notifying me of calls but I do like the idea of the heartrate monitor feature. Has anyone had either or both and a preference?

Starting and hunger
So can anyone give me an idea of how long before the hunger pangs go away when I'm just starting out. I've set my goal at -2lb a week and it has me down for 1200 calories per day. linking my exercise with my MapMyRun
Ive connected my MapMyRun with MyFitnessPal but I can't see if theres a way to auto insert my walks/running into my exercise in MyFitnessPal without manually entering it which is just a pain in the butt. Anyone know how?
