3 Meals a day

I'm challenging myself today to no snacks. Only 3 meals with the idea that if I eat well and enough I shouldn't need anything else. My daily allowance is 1300 cal . My reasoning is that when I snack it just makes me feel more hungry for unhealthy snacks. This is going to start as a one day experiment but if it works I will continue. My body seems to be stuck in a rut of no weight loss.
