First goal met!!
I set my first goal at 50 pounds...figured if I gave myself sort of mini-goals, I had a better chance of success. As of this past week, I have lost 53 pounds since I started this on September 17. Now, on to the next goal: a total of 75 lost by February 22. I only have 22 more to go!
