I'm being honest about my calorie count but not getting the results. I have had a broken wrist since January 8 so my life has been sedentary since then but will get a much needed boost in 2 weeks. maybe I'm doing something wrong?

why does a site thats here to help with nutrition and fitness advertise sites with false promisses.18lbs in 4 days? Only if i cut my leg off. make changes you can live with and stay away from anyone that mentions the word diet. Lifestyle change is the way to go.

hello. was 230lbs went down to 183lbs,broke wrist and climbed to 210lbs,found site now back on track and headding in right direction at 200lbs. three weeks to go for cast removal. It has been on since january 8. I can't wait!!!!
