I'm being honest about my calorie count but not getting the results. I have had a broken wrist since January 8 so my life has been sedentary since then but will get a much needed boost in 2 weeks. maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Right on the money again banks. You have to make changes you can live with forever. Temporary diets don't work and they have a ratcheting effect to them. That means if you put the weight back on you'll likely reach a greater weight than before the weight loss. Slow and steady wins the race.

only have fresh whole foods in the house and even if you give in to temptation, like we all do, it will be much more difficult to access the unhealthy stuff. Don't buy magarine, butter, soft drinks, coockies, chips or creamy spreads. keep, strawberries, blueberries,pineapple and oranges in the house for your sweet tooth.…

hello. was 230lbs went down to 183lbs,broke wrist and climbed to 210lbs,found site now back on track and headding in right direction at 200lbs. three weeks to go for cast removal. It has been on since january 8. I can't wait!!!!
