Caloric Cycling
I've read about this as a means to break through a plateau, but has anyone here done this instead of hitting the same calorie deficit day in and day out? Any information or personal experiences would be great.

3.8 lbs of water?
So, I log my weight every morning on mfp. Yesterday I was 136.8, and today it said 132.6. That can't be right. I have been drinking more water these past few days, but is it realistic to lose 3.8 pounds of water weight in a day? Or, should I look into getting a new scale?
