New to forums, not to mfp

I've been using myfitnesspal for a little over a month now, and I'm finding it works very well. I was getting to a bad place with weight gain, and this system has really helped me stay on track and lose weight. I'm really put off by calorie counting and food measuring; I hate that much control. But mfp has made it super easy, and a no brainer. A couple years ago, I'd lost a bunch of weight I'd gained due to a sit down job and just getting lazier. Then this year I gained most of it back when I got into a new relationship with a very sedentary guy. I let his habits become my habits, and voila! I was back in the 150's. My goal is to get back down to my normal 120. Since I've started, I've already lost about 10 lbs, which is promising. I'm doing 1200 calories a day. It's not as hard as I thought it would be when you re-evaluate your food choices. I've been preparing dinner at home more, using a lot of filling foods, like chicken, vegetables, sweet potatoes, etc. Well, we'll see how it goes
