Eating out
When at home I weigh everything or scan it if it's a packet of something. When eating out pub lunch or cafe I can't do that because there is nothing to scan and it's a little extreme taking the scales out with me. Hi all, I'm thinking of having a whey protein shake for breakfast instead of cereal. I won't have it everyday but maybe 4/5 times. Good or bad idea.
