Do I need to take "EXERCISE" into account for MFP?
When calculating my TDEE/HBE it asks for my level of physical activity. If that is the case then why would I need to add the "EXERCISE" portion into MFP. Isn't it already factored when calculating the TDEE?

I've been doing Insanity for about a month now and going at the same pace, the HRM showed that when I'm fully engaged in the routine I'm about 145-150 BPM..way above the desired 125 BPM to burn…

HBE and MFP for people that use Insanity
Just wanted some clarification here. My (Insanity) coach is telling me that my MFP calories is based on my HBE that has an activity level built in, SO I'm NOT to enter the exercise portion into the formula and just use it as a calorie counter. Does this sound right?

So far today I'm at: 1,500 (GOAL) | 1100 (FOOD) - 300 (EXERCISE) = 800 NET I plugged in my breakfast, lunch and did a cardio workout (Insanity). I will not be exercising again and will be eating dinner in a couple of…
