Hard time losing weight
Hey everyone. I started working out and eating healthier around late October, early November. I tried a bunch of different things and I didn't lose a bit of weight. Recently, I went vegan and have lost about 4 pounds since Thanksgiving. I still feel like that's a lot less than what I should be losing. Any tips? Best…

Scale?
I've been doing MFP for about a week now, I got on the scale Sunday and I weighed 157. Then I got back on yesterday and I weighed 155. Is that possible? I weighed at the same times in the day. I'm just curious if that's actually correct

Am I doing this right?
I'm new to the numbers part of weight loss. with deficits and maintenance levels. Say my maintenance level is about 2160, my deficit is 433, and my daily calorie goal is 1470. If I have calories left over from workouts and I'm below 1470, should I eat back those calories or do I need to still be below it? Thank you so much.

Skinny legs

Question about calorie burn
Okay. So I'm going to start uping my intake to around 1300-1500. How many calories do I need to burn a day to lose about .5 pounds a week? I'm 5'11 @ 158 pounds.
