How did you break your plateau?
I hit one when I was at 164lbs and I remember one day I ate a lot of calorie dense food and went about 4000 calories over my net. Then the weight started falling off again. I was looking into getting the Flex because it seems to be a lot easier to wear on my wrist. Has anyone had any problems with it tracking arm movements or being inaccurate? Over macros but under calories?
