Sugar??

I'm burning more calories today than I usually do so I'm eating them back. My sugar intake is higher because of the maple syrup. Will that affect my weight loss, and if so are there any alternatives for it? Diary is public.

Stay within your calorie goal and you are good. I still enjoy a Starbucks with white mocha syrup and am losing. It's ok.

    Good luck :flowerforyou:

Unless you have a medical condition that you need to track your sugar intake, I wouldn't even track it.

    Good luck

^ This. I swapped out the sugar tracker for fiber. MFP does not differentiate between natural sugar or added sugar in the count, so a few pieces of fruit can throw you over the limit. If you are under your calories, you're fine.
