I am doing Diet2Go with mfp but would like to speed this process up some more. I currently go to the gym everyday and work out on the elliptical for 30-40 minutes then do a small, and i mean small amount of weights (usually sit ups) Anyone with some suggestions as to if i should be doing more cardio or what to help out?
