Cardio vs Weights
I am currently trying to lose weight and i've been doing MFP for almost 2 weeks now and I was just wondering: should I be doing only cardio exercise? Currently I am doing 2/3 days of weights and 2/3 days of cardio but should I weight till I've lost the wait before I do weight training?

I've found from personal experience that carbs prevent or slow down my weight loss. I don't know if this is entirely true or just what's in my head.
