Going at it again
I weighed myself after being away for about 8 months , Yikes ........ I knew it was going to be bad, but not this bad. I gained about 40 lbs and I have no choice , but to get back on track. I do pretty well all week but,
I'm pretty much on track most of the week, but there is that day when I have friends come over and I over indulge ( pizza, beer, sweets). I've been doing cardio pretty much every day for at least an hour a day or more. I would like to know, if this one or 2 day a week free for all will catch up with me. Feedback much…

Eating back Calories?
I was wondering if all of you eat back the calories you've gained from exercise? I've been eating them back and noticed that I've maintained my weight without losing or gaining. I would love your advice or experience with this.

Pasta lovers (alternative)

What is the Best Time of Day to Exercise?
I would love some input and feedback from the MFP.
