An exciting NSV...yaaay!
Well, it's one of my goals...and I met it far before I thought I would, but the Doctor gave me the OK to come off of my BP Meds today!!! YAAAAAAAAY! That means I am controling and maintaining a healthy BP...I couldn't be more happy to see that depriving myself of my love of salt is paying off. Ok, that's all..lol :)
