Lap Banders???
Anyone with a Lap Band wanna do some sort of a challenge? I feel bad joining other challenges because I do have this tool, and my average weight loss is a little higher than most... But if there is anyone out there that is interested with a band I think it would be fair and fun...

This is from my original weight of 263, and then me at 210. I am now @ 201 and will have to get a new picture soon. I only started counting my weight loss on MFP to coincide with my surgery... so my numbers look funky.

So I generally always take the 3 flights of stairs in and out of work, meaning I go up and down them once a day.
