Not losing weight on Keto diet.
So I've been in keto for about a week. I have not lost a pound. I stay steady at 190. I alternate between jogging and lifting weights taking off sundays. I don't understand why the scales not moving. What foods are high in fat and low in carbs and calories?
On a keto diet and having some trouble with my macros. I keep going over on my calories and under on everything else. My macros are set to protein-20% fat-70% cabs- 5%. So what food are high in fat content but low in carbs and calories? Thanks guys!
