Gents, fat around the middle
Just curious how the weight has come off for others. I realise I have lost a fair bit, but most of the fat is around my middle, and clinging on for dear life!

Triple Whammy Month!
Hi folks, So today I started C25K, not sure of recommended intensities, but I seemed comfortable doing walking at 6, jogging at 8. I made it all the way through, and feel epic!
