Routines for a newbie

Hi everyone! I have been using the app to track my food for a few weeks now, and joined a gym a couple of weeks ago. Making some progress which is good, and i feel great. Mostly been doing cardio, but started using weight machines yesterday (ouch ) Has anybody got any suggestions for some routines, as at the moment im doing what i fancy for cardio, but regarding weight machines, not too sure. My cardio tends to be elliptical, bike and treadmill. Treadmill is brisk walk uphill, not a runner..yet :wink:
