Triple Whammy Month!

Hi folks,

So today I started C25K, not sure of recommended intensities, but I seemed comfortable doing walking at 6, jogging at 8. I made it all the way through, and feel epic!
Tomorrow I start Stoptober, and because why not, Planktober. I cant wait until this time next month to see how I have progressed.

Anybody else having a lifestyle 180 this month?
