Protien shake?
should I get a protien shake? I'm sometime a little under my protien and sometimes way over. My bf thinks I should get one and that it will help me build my lean muscle. Is it really necessary?

Question about Mirena
So I am about to get the Mirena Iud and I have been hearing a lot lately that it cause weight gain. Then I was reading up on some other birth control and they all seem to have this side affect. Who has the Iud and still is losing weight? Is there anything you guys would recommend?

I used to drink 1200 calories!!
I just thought about how much soda I used to drink and oh man lol. I drank 1200 or more calories a day!
