Friend me :) I've been using this site for about 3 years and have lost 40 lbs. I fell off for awhile and have gained some. I want to lose another 30+ lbs to get to my goal. I really need help and encouragement too. Hopefully we can help each other out.

You eat 1200 calories if you sit around all day or whatever you bmr is. If you burn 1000 you need to eat some of those calories back because your body needs those to do basic body functions. I lost 30 lbs in a month and a half! Some days I even got in 2000 calories in.

Keep moving! Every time I want to watch something on tv I'll do sit ups or leg lifts. I keep my house immaculate as well because cleaning is a great calorie burner :)

I've done it a billion times ok maybe not that many but it's cooked and sealed I'd eat it unless it's been 80 degrees or above in your kitchen lol.

Sorry for the rant I just feel very strongly about this. A little info though I don't cut carbs but I don't eat much of them. Don't do it! Please ive done Atkins it's so bad for you! I was 160 when I did Atkins lost a ton of weight had bad headaches felt weak and shaky at times. My sister is big boned or larger frame or whatever. I can get down to 120 and look good if she gets below 180 she just doesn't look good at all. Her head is to big for her body and she looks like a big anorexic. When she gets to 180 she looks healthy fit and beautiful so I have to disagree with you.

Same here I actually forget to eat and everyone says its so bad but I eat as soon as I feel hungry. So far it's working for me :)

I've had an anxiety disorders and panic attacks since elementary school. I was medicated for awhile but it just quit helping. I now do not take anything and for awhile it was hard. I think that this weight loss journey has actually helped because I haven't had a panic attack for about a month!

I would pig out. Its not a big deal you won't be doing it everyday. My trainer told me to have one cheat day a week and not to worry about the calories the fat nothing.
