I have lost 28 since I had my stillborn son. I started exercising more and eating right in Nov. but stopped a little while moving and heading back to school then 5 lbs lost since Jan 9th and 7 inches in my waist and various inches around other areas like thighs. 3 more lbs until I meet my mini goal of 185 and then I will start on my next mini goal.

I have no idea. I was over the limit on my scale, which stops showing weight after 330lbs. It took me a couple months of working out before it started showing up again, so who knows what I lost in that time, but since then, well, you can see it below. Since starting with MFP on December 29th, I've lost 20 of that.

I was at 338. I kind of wish my scale stopped at 330 too so I wouldn't have seen that number! lol But great job, you're on a roll! Keep going :)

I've lost 8 pounds, 3 since I started MFP. I need to loose a total of 75, to get to a healthy BMI, but overall goal to loose 100 lbs, and get down to about 125. so only 67 pounds until I'm finally in a health range!
  • 7.5lbs! I still need to lose about 22.5 more!

16 lbs so far! started back in the beginning of Nov 2011. It isn't a lot, but considering my level of exercise this is pretty good! Mostly just diet has changed. I have 45 more lbs that i want to lose.

34 so far; about 15 more to go!
  • Started in January and have a total of 31lbs off so far with a weigh in coming tomorrow night. Hoping to have another 5 off by then but will be happy with anything. Have a goal of at least 150lbs which I know is steep but with the help of this site I know I can make it happen. Seeing post like these really boost the confidence.
