I'm back....it's been 2 years since I was last here. Fell off the wagon big time when I became sick (Ulcerative Colitis). I am back with avengence. Found Keto diet and I am loving it. Tracking is going to be a challenge for me but I am going to give it my best effort.

Trying to wrap my brain around the high calories
Hi I have been eating 1200 calories since I started on the web site (recommended by this site). I just checked my BMR with Katch-McArdle formula. It says my BMR is 1637. Logging exercise
Hi....I am new to this and I am having trouble logging my exercise because I am using Nike Trainer on the Xbox.
