Good morning.
I started exercising and watching my calories a little over a month ago and I am really seeing the results. I try to walk everyday for an hour and I am using Your Shape on the Xbox which has a variety of exercises. I am desperate to tone my tummy especially the lower pouch I have. I HATE IT!!!! I see the weight starting to come off and I actually have a waistline now but I am not seeing any results on that stupid pouch.
Could someone, anyone give me some exercise advice as to which exercise would be the best?
I have been doing crunches lying on my back with legs extended, I am looking for something standing up because I have a bad back and doing the mat exercises hurts.
Looking forward to hearing your advice.

If it's fat, your only course of action is to keep losing fat. You may be working the muscles of your abdomen, but if there is still fat covering the muscle, you're not going to see it. I lose last below the waist. It's frustrating, but just the way my body loses.0

No specific exercise will target that pouch. The only way to get rid of it (barring surgery) is to continue to lose fat. You're on the right path - keep eating at a deficit and exercising.0
