Have gone from being 262 lb and am now down to 193lb, my goal is to get to 154lb. I've got it set to lose 2lb a week and on 1200 calories a day, should I now increase my calories as my weight decreases?
Hi, I've been on a low carb diet for about 2 months now but as I'm vegetarian I struggle with what I can eat. Any ideas what I can have? Any help is much appreciated.
