Protein Bars
I have a few questions on protein bars..First are these a good snack? I randomly will eat a clif bar post workout or what not but I am not sure if these are really a good idea or if it is contributing to weight gain. Any insight of better protein bars or information regarding them would be greatly appreciaed!

Bored at work..soo I start eating..
I often get really bored sitting at my desk so food is an easy distraction...I was wondering if any of you have any suggestions on how I can get my mind off food (especially late in the afternoon)..I have tried drinking water but it is hard to constantly be going to the bathroom. Cardio or Weight Lifting??
I was just wondering what everyone's thoughts were on Cardio vs weight lifting?? Is one more important than the other??
