Discouraged, frustrated, need motivation
I have been on and off MFP. But I started up again diligently July 5, 2014. MFP set my caloric intake at 1200 calories. I work out 6 or 7 times a week, either Zumba, treadmill for one hour trying to burn 600 calories or more, plus I lift weights after. Lat pull downs, back of arm machine, leg presses, calf extensions…
