Discouraged, frustrated, need motivation

I have been on and off MFP. But I started up again diligently July 5, 2014. MFP set my caloric intake at 1200 calories. I work out 6 or 7 times a week, either Zumba, treadmill for one hour trying to burn 600 calories or more, plus I lift weights after. Lat pull downs, back of arm machine, leg presses, calf extensions lowest weight is 55 lbs usually for lat pull downs, my upper body strength is not great. Leg presses 140 lbs. or more. I stay within MFP goal weight, sometimes I'll eat a little more to make up for the exercise. Oh, I tried bootcamp and didn't care for it. I want exercise to be fun without it feeling like exercise.

I am a woman of a certain age and in the midst of that part of my life. I would like to lose 15 lbs. Fortunately with all the working out, I am more toned but the scale will not budge and I am getting very frustrated and figuring if it won't budge when I eat potato chips why not go back to eating inappropriately, it doesn't seem to matter either way.

Another website indicated I should reduce my caloric intake to 1043 and circuit train 4x a week and one day of cardio. Did I mention, I hated bootcamp. I found it boring.

How do you stay motivated when the scale won't budge?

I take measurements. Some months when the scale hasn't moved, I will see that I've lost an inch on my hips or waist.
