If you set a goal and make it (for instance walking 10000 steps a day) do you log it or just count it as "extra calories burned." I recently bought a pedometer (not too fond of it) but not quite sure if I should be logging anything.

I have decided that I am not fully "commited" to exercising. I work a f/t job plus I 3 children (boys 7, 5 & 2). I have started several "plans" with a friend but we get 1 maybe 2 workouts in and she stops so I don't continue on my own. I don't know how well an online ap would be but I seriously need motivation!

Calorie Intake...
I am curious about the amount of calories I should be consuming.... For the longest time I just let MFP calculate them but someone mention this website (scooby doos fitness calculator) and the difference is significant. MFP gave me 1200 per day but the other gave me 1695...I do not know which is correct. HELP PLEASE!

I recently purchased a Sodastream and have been drinking the crystal light energy. Should I list that under water or as a "snack?"
