If you set a goal and make it (for instance walking 10000 steps a day) do you log it or just count it as "extra calories burned."
I recently bought a pedometer (not too fond of it) but not quite sure if I should be logging anything.

I do not add it on as exttra. I log only my workout time. I try to get 10,000 steps everyday too; it is difficult to get 10,000 steps in a day with a desk job unless you do some type of workout-0
