Most badass/alpha exercise for a woman to perform?
What is the most badass exercise that would make you take notice and "mire" (admire) in the gym if you saw a woman perform it? Which one of these is the most "badass"? Unassisted pull ups, unassisted tricep dips, heavy deadlifts, heavy barbell squat? Right now I have to say I feel the most badass when doing tricep dips…
