Calorie change body adjustment time?
Seems to me, when I was here before, it took about two to three weeks for my body to adjust to a new higher calorie limit, before I started losing weight again. Does that sound about right? Anybody else experience it too? Why does that happen?

Hitting the ground hard when running.
