Which BMR should I use??
Hi folks :) I've just started upping my calories and was intending to eat my BMR. The website linked to my this group says my BMR is 1626, but MFP says 1,507. Which one should I eat to?? I'm now really confused and not knowing which to do is stressful for me. Any help would be much appreciated!
