T25 Results and Advice?
I was debating on buying Focus T25 this summer and had a few questions. 1) Is it worth the money? 2) Do you have to stick to their diet plan? 3) Are there any results I can see, please and thank you? I am 5'6 and 160 lbs, so not too overweight, just flabby. Anyone else like me?

Post them here! I recently completed the ENTIRE hour of Zumba Cardio Party and was very proud of myself! I had only made it to the American mix before, but tonight I was more familiar with the steps and was so into it that I didn't stop. :)
