I'm just curious as to how everyone feels about the Met-Rx Meal Replacement shakes, and if they have been beneficial towards their overall fitness. Maybes some pros and cons. Just trying to get some extra information before I start a cycle with it. Thanks!
I'm looking to lose a little more fat and maintain some muscle. Just wondering if anyone had any extra tips on burning fat effectively while losing no muscle. Granted I am in Afghanistan and a variety of foods are not available. So any extra tips would be great thanks!
