Met-Rx Meal Replacements

I'm just curious as to how everyone feels about the Met-Rx Meal Replacement shakes, and if they have been beneficial towards their overall fitness. Maybes some pros and cons. Just trying to get some extra information before I start a cycle with it. Thanks!

    I can't really say much about Met-Rx but my boyfriend tried them when he was trying to lose and bulk up whilst I was on Slimmm. He got a decent amount of weightloss from his but preferred mine when it came to energy levels. He has now actually switched to slimmm for that reason! We buy our weekly supplies off ebay! Sorry I couldnt be of much help about met-rx but from what i have seen, they aren't too bad!
