Low carbs or just calorie deficit?
My goal is to lose 8-9 kg, is a calorie deficit enough or eating low carbs could help accelerate the process (the calorie deficit will be that same)?

Hi everybody, I often find myself with 800-900 calories left for my dinner and I need some new ideas about what to cook. Some carbs are ok since I'm not really doing low carbs (but I still try to watch them, I'm doing 35-30-35) and I try to eat as many proteins as possible to reach my daily goal. Thank you

MFP steps counter - eat back the calories or not?
Hi, i use the MFP steps counter on my iphone, but should I eat back the calories that i "lose" walking during the day? For me it's ok to eat back the one i lose when I run, exercise etc. but walking is something I do every day and I don't know if this activity it's already in the calculation of my calories limit or not. 1600 calories/day, is it too low?
I'm a man, 185 pounds, sedentary lifestyle. I want to lose some weight and I was wondering if 1600 cal a day is too low or if it's ok. I don't want to eat too little and then gain all the weight back when I eat a bit too much. Thanks
