Breakfast before or after a workout - Which is better?
Currently I am waking up at 6am and going straight to the gym without eating breakfast. I typically do not eat breakfast until I get to work which is around 8:30am. I am wondering if what I am doing is ok or if I would be better served by eating breakfast before I go to the gym. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks
