I'm really confused on "dieting" about carbs fats proteins exercise. What helps you lose weight? I might sound "dumb" but can anyone help me. I exercise from home (no weights) jumping jacks, crunches, push ups, laps on the stairs and squats.

I use to be petite, I've gain quite a bit of weight. Getting married in 7 months! I feel tired, lowsy, and getting a low self esteem :( my goal is to get back in shape So I can feel beautiful again. Goal weight 110 IT STARTS TODAY!!!! :-)
