I am so excited that I joined MFP--have only been on here 3 days and already I am making better choices on what I eat! And after reading a thread on Jillian Michael's 30 day shread I am starting that on Monday! Thanks for the motivation everyone!
I am breastfeeding still (my daughter is 3 months old) and I was wondering how that affects my total caloric intake. I don't want to decrease my milk supply, but I want to start eating better and decreasing my calorie intake too so I can start losing someweight. Anyone have any tips you can share?
